Warranty Policy

At Microwave Factory, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished microwaves. Each unit is tested, repaired, and cleaned to ensure the highest level of performance.

1. Warranty Coverage
All microwaves purchased from Microwave Factory come with a 3-month limited warranty, covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty includes:

  • Defective parts or components that affect functionality.
  • Repair or replacement options for faulty units.

2. What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.).
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or external factors such as electrical surges.
  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused during transit.

3. Warranty Options
If your microwave becomes faulty within the warranty period, you have the following options:

  1. Replacement: Receive a new or refurbished microwave of the same grade.
  2. Product of Equal Value: Replace the faulty unit with another product of equal value.
  3. Repair and Test: We will repair your microwave, test it for functionality, and return it to you.

If the microwave is faulty a second time after being repaired, you may choose to:

  • Receive a full refund, or
  • Receive another replacement microwave.

4. Warranty Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at info@microwavefactory.com.au with the following details:

  • Order number.
  • Serial number of the microwave.
  • Detailed description of the issue.

We will provide instructions for returning the microwave or arranging an inspection. Repairs will typically be completed within 7-14 business days. Refurbished parts or replacement microwaves may be used.

5. Warranty Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product.

6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this warranty policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or conditions implied or imposed by law, including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which may not be limited or excluded by law.
