Grade A Microwave:
Condition: Like new or very lightly used.
Appearance: None or minor visible scratches, no visible dents, or cosmetic defects.
Functionality: Fully functional and passes all tests.
Packaging: May come in original packaging or equivalent.

Grade B Microwave:
Condition: Used, with some visible cosmetic wear.
Appearance: Minor or more evident scratches, may have dents, or cosmetic defects visible on the exterior.
Functionality: Fully functional and passes all tests.
Packaging: May not have original packaging or may be repackaged. Please Note that Grade B microwaves will be repackaged at a higher rate. We take extra care to securely package every microwave.
