Refund & Return Policy

At Microwave Factory, we aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Checking Your Goods at Delivery
Upon receiving your microwave, please inspect it immediately to ensure it is free from defects and in good condition. If there is any visible damage or issue upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist with a solution.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return faulty microwaves within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition: The microwave must be returned in its original packaging (if available), and you must provide proof of purchase.

3. Refund Options

  • If your microwave is faulty: You may choose between a refund, repair, or replacement.
  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

4. Return Options for Faulty Microwaves
If your microwave develops a fault within the warranty period, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Replacement: You can replace the faulty microwave with a new or refurbished unit of the same grade (Grade A or Grade B).
  • Choose Another Product: You can select another product of the same value as a replacement.
  • Repair and Test: We will repair the faulty microwave, test it, and return it to you at no additional charge.

If the microwave is faulty a second time after repair, we will offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • Another replacement microwave.

5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@microwavefactory.com.au.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the product unless the product is faulty.
  • If the microwave is repaired under warranty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

7. Goods Damaged in Transit
If your microwave arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. You will be eligible for a replacement or refund for microwaves damaged in transit.
